  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Merel Shoes Shop. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following information carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene or safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items marked as final sale.

Return & Exchange Process

  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and approved. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us.
